What's the difference between the 1. US sending weapons to Ukrainians to kill Russians and 2. Russia sending weapons to Mexican Cartels to kill Americans? Ukraine is not accepting Putins Ceasefire, so their is really no ceasefire agreement between both entities. Russia cannot implemented a ceasefire, so Russia doesn't have to do a ceasefire.

Russian’s main goal in Ukraine was to link the Russian mainland to the Crimea Island and to achieve this easier they had to divert attentions from the south to the north while capturing terittories in the south, so they attacked to the north and Captured Kharkiv city and sieged capital city of Kiev for awhile and while everybody was thinking about the Kiev and Kharkiv Russia was taking over important cities in the south toward Crimea and they achieved that goal sooner than they have expected, then they started to retreat from Kiev and Kharkiv as they didnt need to be there anymore, but western leaders still celebrating about the victory in Kiev and Khakiv😂but they are too naive and they dont know how Putin played a great chess game with them and Putin achieved all its goal and now Russia mainland has connected to the Crimea island
